has liver and lung cancer.
Youvah Schafer fell and broke her hip, ankle and ribs.
Heather Sexton is continuing treatments in Springfield.
Jo Enlow is at West Vue, Room 623.
Doy Young will be having back surgery on December 16th.

CALENDAR CHANGE: Dave Malone’s birthday is December 9th.

THE “39ERS” (those 55 and older) will have their Holiday Potluck on December 13th following the AM services. Please bring a salad, vegetable, bread or dessert. Plan on staying after services and visiting for a while. (There is no regular potluck in December. It will resume in January.)

PM Services on December 13th Since this is the second Sunday, the PM services will be at 1:00 PM instead of 5:30 PM.

THANKS TO ALL who gave in a special way last Sunday. Many projects have been funded by the Fifth Sunday offering.

FAIR HAVEN wants to thank you for the items for the thrift store and especially appreciate items being boxed up. The thrift store (Thrift Haven) is located at 1312 S. Glenstone in Springfield.

FOOD PANTRY Please bring items for the food pantry, but be sure the items are not out-of-date.

GREAT SMOKEY MOUNTAIN MARRIAGE RETREAT—(Pigeon Forge, Holiday Inn) is scheduled for February 17-20, 2010. See information on the bulletin board in the foyer or see Fred or Wendy Czerwonka.

WEDNESDAY NIGHT MEAL - The menu for this week will be Mexican. This will be the last Wednesday night meal Myra will serve until after the first of the year due to Doy’s surgery.

LADIES’ ANIMAL MINISTRY is in need of cotton material and poly-fil. If you are able to help it would be appreciated. ALSO-we will be taking the month of December off from making animals so have a great holiday. We will resume again in January. Thanks—Linda
